wc 7225 Admin Password forgotten

Ihave a customer who has forgottin their admin password. It hasnt been a problem till now. I had to chang printer controller and hd. Now i need to input network settings.Can any one help with a machine factory reset or whatever way it takes to clear password back to default? xerox WC 7225 WITH FAX

You can also perform Altboot with USB to reset the machine. The latest firmware is available from Xerox:

In my experience it's best to force altboot only with the version already on the machine. So if machine is on level 072.xxx.xxx.xxxxx, don't force altboot with 0.73.xxx.xxx.xxxxx but with 072.xxx.xxx.xxxxx.
