[Misc] finisher docucolor 240

Good evening to everyone. I have a docucolor 240 printer with a professional finishing system. when I do the booklet creation I get this error.
(staples are out of stock or not inserted correctly check the R2 cartridge)
The cartridge is new and I tried to change it with the R3 (inverting them) but it always gives me the same error.
Can anyone help me?

You probably have some jammed staples in the staple head.

Remove the cartridge and inspect the staples

I've had this error too and a small pieces of plastic broke off from the stapler. Needed to replace it.

So let's talk about the fixed block of the stapler and not the cartridge.

It is quite easy to remove. From the top of my head 1 cable and 2-3 screws.
