When you put the new fuser in, it will reset automatically. The new fuser has to get well warmed up before the counter resets, though, so sometimes it takes a little while.

If the new fuser is BRAND new, it will reset fine, after a few minutes. If the new fuser was previously used in another machine, even briefly, it will NOT reset the counter for you because the machine will recognize that it is not quite "brand" new. In that case it will just leave the counter wherever it was previously. (In your case, 20%.)
