Hi,
I have two Xerox VersaLink C405 which after automatic firmware update that completly goes dead. They are C405 DNM and now toners provided are Sold version.
The code shown is 124-372 and 093-916 (check toner)
The copier not recognised any toners replaced and it gives scanner error.
Everything working fine before the printers was updated.
We tried an roll-back emergency procedure, which is failed.
We search for any Eureka, no trace at all of this situation.
We have now 3 printers updated which has the same issue.
Anyone get this issue and resolved it?
