1-800-ASK-XEROX and request to be setup with your friendly local dealer. They will sell you a nice price-per-page service / supplies contract and kick you a SIM card.

You don't run these units unless your paying Xerox monthly.

Our customer don't want to pay any service to Xerox - they like to own their Copier. We provide Toners and other supplies and repair as we'll...
Xerox is expensive and contract is not always best solution
. We'll just search a solution to start machine, if this mean we have to buy initialization kit, we will find one and pay for, no problem ...

Sim cards are used for machine initialisation and set the machine speed and country etc...

You order these with the machine at zero cost as part of the machine configuration, however, should you need to order one outside of the initial ordering process then they cost a few thousand.

Basically it's their way of stopping machines being sold through improper channels.

I am not - I buy already initialized copiers too.. many of them.. sometimes they come with metered, sometimes with sold consumables, so I obtain type of consumables I need..
I just wanted to know its possible to initialize new copier without sim, no need to wish me bad luck.. I am not the bad guy here, just want to initialize and sell copier I paid for.. :-) please be cooperative or don't try to help at all..

No worries, but we get this question every month or two.... and the answer is always the same. You are out of luck. No sim, no go. The copier is a brick if it is not activated.

Just buy a used unit from Wulff Enterprises.
