hello guys ,ope all is well ,i have a xerox c560 which is misbehaving, whenever i put in magenta toner ,it works only for 10 min while on 100% then after it goes to 0% ,with a message replace toner cartridge , even as the container is still full , i have changes the small PWBA on top of the toners thats on for yellow and magenta , but still same problem , i have also re -initiated the machine nvm but still all in vain

sounds like the CRUM reader INSIDE the printer is failing...

if your going to go in and replace that one.. replace ALL CRUMS...

have you made sure the DEV unit is getting toner?

have you run diags in SM?

Check if the Magenta Toner Cartridge motor is rotating. If its faulty or the gears are worn out, the machine
will work for short time and then show that cartridge is empty.
You have to open the rear of the machine to access the cartridge motors but they are pretty easy to remove.

check if you are getting toner supply in the the developer unit. If not there is sensor that need be cleaned on replaced

Run toner dispense motor magenta from diagnostics. It's most likely broken.
