[CQ] Xerox 700 image issues after replacing drums

Need advice on this issue, replaced cyan, yellow and magenta drums because the device asking for them be changed, after I replaced them they caused overtoning refer to attachment, just realised the yellow and magenta overtoning but no cyan on the print.

    Anyone had this issue before?

forgot to add the second image is after I put the old magenta drum, plus the image feels like sandpaper and rubs off.

As stated this is typically a Developer unit issue, but it sounds to me like its a drum problem. I would personally order some new drums and see if that fixes it.

Since it was working fine before changing drums, the new drums will be my first suspect. I'll put back the old ones to see what happens. If the old chips counted out, use the chips on the new set. Because bad bias charge rollers on the new drums can also cause this.

Thanx Guys, replaced the Y & M devs all fixed.

However the original call was for cyan dots on prints random, after the devs replace it was good, the customer just called after 1000 impressions the dots have come back.

            any ideas?
