it does not show tls nor ssl anywhere on the printer setting, it shows on APOP authentication only, so I am guessing it has no SSL nor TLS,

Any email service provider that can accommodate that, other than gmail ?

Maybe? Most have upgraded to more secure ssl or tls
if you using spectrum they still relay mail

Does the company have its own email server?

Thx everyone, yes that was the only way for me to get it working, not the best, but ok. aspmx.l.google.com Port 25 TLS not required Dynamic IPs allowed Mail can only be sent to Gmail or G Suite users.
