I have a Xerox Workcentre 7655 who stopped working, and shows error "System fault, contact administrator" , no fault numbers or anything else
the problem started a couple of weeks ago, rebooting it was the solution to get it it to work for a few days , now rebooting it won't do, it goes straight to that error mood. Scanning is the only service available, printing and copying are not.
I tried replacing the fuser, as I remember I had this a few years ago with another Xerox and replacing the fuser solved the matter.
I don't have the PWS, anything else I can try besides the fuser? do I need to rest anything ?
