xerox 700 error code 045-316

hello guys , am having issues with my machine a xerox 700 showing error code 045-316 , i have change the drum unit /developer tank area with another , all in vain, i have changed IBT Assy with another , but still the same issue ,i have thoroughly cleaned bith C/Y ROS and Y/M ROS , checked all the ROS cables all looking fine ,but the machine still displays 045-316 , it had a broken gear on the IBT cleaner Assy which was making noise as the machine was warming up ,i have replaced the gear but still error code 045-316 appears,kindly help

Hello.
check the flat cable from the Ros K to the PWB MCU, if you did maintenance to the ROS it is likely to be damaged or misconnected
