      Does this utility do something that you can't do from the Devices and Printers window? It doesn't sound like it. Redundant. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          you can easily manage the drivers whatever what OS version no need to go to start and search for control panel ,printers ... etc.
          some user have problems to get control panel in windows 10
          you can from one windows to select default printer its easy to who use a programs that work with PS drivers as default like printshop
          the tool give you to view all printers and ports name or ip in one windows its good for network administrator
          so you don't have to go each printer properties to get the ports name
          you can start or restart the print spooler and can view the queue for the all printers
          its a shortcut way to manage printers

          at the end if you don't like it you can delete it
