    [CQ] Phaser 7500 Print Quality

I am reposting this because there was an error in the original title.
Any ideas on this? (See photos below).

The black imaging drum was replaced but that had no effect (disregard the printout showing that the drum needs to be replaced, that was printed before we replaced the drum but still it looks blurry and light after the drum swap.) My search thru the service manual and the forums hasn't turned up anything similar (yet).
So what are the likely causes? IBT, 2nd bias roller, a voltage adjustment?

    Many thanks,

    Using Genuine "Xerox" toners??

    All colors or just black?

How many copies on machine, each color (KCMY)

    Total Copies?

Have you replaced the black developer assembly?

    More information is always better.

The black developing unit has not bee replaced. One of the test prints shows slight blooming on magenta and cyan, but not nearly as bad as black blooming. See new photo. Total pages printed = 111065. I don't know how many of each color.

Hi, you didn't answer if you are using genuine Xerox toner or not. You skipped over that question. To my eye, your defects look like generic incompatible toner. It might be something else, but the style of defect and what it is doing makes me think cheap toner.

Sorry. I missed that question (it's been a rough week).
The customer only uses genuine Xerox toner, drums, etc. and has done so for many years.

Since they have several of these next week I'm going to swap components until I find the cause.

          Thanks,
