[Error Code] xerox fuser fault 10.320.00

Having an issue with my Xerox 7665 work center. It started up 2 days ago with fuser fault (code 10.320.00). I replaced the fuser with a new one and it never reset. How can I get into service mode to change what needs to be changed? Thank you in advance....

Thank you! I will try this and let you know how I make out. I will try anything before I spend top dollars on service! Just praying I don't make it worse. They want $400 for a half hr of technical assistance and have been their customer for over 15 years. We have 2 other machines ON contract but they won't give me an ounce of help with that machine. Thanks again...wish me luck!

Yup, unfortunately if not on a Xerox contract their hourly rate is absurd. like 4-5 times what it should be absurd.
