[Error Code] copy option not available

I have a problem with my xerox 550. As it start up it shows the following error code 061-328.
Neither of the copying menu or the network menu are available.sometimes am getting the error code 062-360
I would be grateful if you can help.

062-360 is a problem with the copy unit (carriage position problem). 061-328 is a problem between C ROS and MCU PWB. Can be either ROS, or flat cables, or MCU PWB.
