Hi I have an used xerox 5845 .power up and work good until the sector elictricity shot down. When I start up again boot up normal. And show message drum and fuser incompatible .
There is a solution. Thinks

first have a certified Electrical Tech check the problem.

power issues can mess with copiers big time.

then hire a trained Xerox Tech to fix your issues. I can tell you right now, once you tell the tech what happened, he will tell you to get power fixed first.
