xerox 700 jamming issue

Good day, xerox 700, having this jamming issue, only seem to happen when i duplex, and only when the second sheet is trying to reach the pre-registration. the first sheet would have be exiting the decurler and jam around there, hope this is a good explanation, have the pics attached. I have replaced the registration unit seeing if that could be it, but still nothing

Good day, there are a few steps that I took, maybe can help me, first check the duplex belt, and the tensioner, might have to adjust the tensioner a bit, do you hear grinding noise when you try to duplex? if that's the case you would need to purchase a duplex drive gear kit and replace those two gears. hope this helps, as it's what I did.
