Hello, Does anyone know why the cyan color is missing after a customer Reset factory nvm in Service mode.. I replaced the cyan developer and housing, No luck,

You can find nvm value in tray1 Or 2 and reset all value if you doubts

makes me wonder why he reset nvm was it because he lost cyan, troubleshoot the missing cyan as if he didnt reset the nvm then after you solved his problem the take the birth certificate and restore the nvm.Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please.Comment

Check if developer and drum drives are working from component control. But since customer initialised NVM and since people only do that when they have very weird problem for which they cannot find a solution, I have the funny feeling you have a MCU or driver PWB issue.Comment
