    Xerox C560 Missing Cyan after customer did a NVM factory Reset

    Hello, Does anyone know why the cyan color is missing after a customer Reset factory nvm in Service mode.. I replaced the cyan developer and housing, No luck,

    It could be due to cyan drum / developer unit, laser Or laser cable.
    You can find nvm value in tray1 Or 2 and reset all value if you doubts

      WHY/WHO told them to do that?

      now you have to and reset all those values... who showed them how to get into SM to do that? That person should be castrated.

        makes me wonder why he reset nvm was it because he lost cyan, troubleshoot the missing cyan as if he didnt reset the nvm then after you solved his problem the take the birth certificate and restore the nvm.
        Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please.

          Check if developer and drum drives are working from component control. But since customer initialised NVM and since people only do that when they have very weird problem for which they cannot find a solution, I have the funny feeling you have a MCU or driver PWB issue.

            check the UR bias contact. sometimes the spring lost the contact with the UR Bias Lead
