I'm in the south of Sweden and Xerox technicians come from Copenhagen but Denmark is shut down due to the Corona virus. I'm not a technician but in this situation I have to find a way.
After restored DC252 to factory defaults , Fiery Command can't find the IP and Network icon not active on DC.
I guessed the problem with the firmwear.

you set factory defaults.. that's why the IP is lost. you have to match the ip with fiery ip scheme. factory should be used ONLY in an emergency last resort.
