      replace the toner or clogged toner dispenser, auger assembly or transport tube.

              Yes I have solved it, by firstly replacing the toner, checked the toner dispense motor and the transport pipe blocked. I found that because the machine was not being used for quite a while the toner was solid. So I, vacuumed them and did a test run with a new toner cartridge and drum cartridge and it worked perfectly okay. Thanks much for the help...
