Start with basic troubleshooting.

Run that print again stop the machine mid run check the image on the belt, how does it look?

However from your sample looks like your fuser is the causing this issue.

Problem definitely in IBT unit. As its affecting all colours and smearing image.
The image is getting smeared off before the fuser. That is why its has more solid colour at the leading edge and is wiping off to the rear of the trailing edge.
Remove the IBT unit and check the Ibt cleaner for for paper of obstructions.

Every screw must be tight. And make sure the ibt cleaner assy in clipped in correctly and the rear before inserting in machine.
