I have xerox workcentre 7346. machine makes noise but there are blank display please help me to fix this.

Have you done this already?

1. Power off the printer using the power switch located on the right front side of the machine under the Control Panel.
2. Wait until the Touch Screen is blank and then remove all interface cables:
   1. Parallel connection (optional)
   2. Fax connection (optional)
   3. USB connection (optional)
   4. USB memory card connection (optional)
   5. Ethernet connection
   
   
3. Power on the printer.
4. Print a Configuration Report. If necessary, see the Related Content for additional information.
   
   NOTE: If the Configuration Report prints successfully, then the problem is probably related to the network or interface input options, the specific job, or the software application being used.
5. Power off the printer again using the power switch located on the right front side of the machine under the Control Panel.
6. Reconnect the cables in the reverse order of removing them.
7. Press the power switch again to power on the printer. Wait for the entire power on process (to power on and complete a self test).
   
   NOTE: Certain functions of the printer, such as copying, will be available before other functions.
8. Try printing the file again. If the printer locks-up again when printing the file;
   1. Try printing a different file.
   2. Try printing from a different software application.
   3. Try printing from a different computer.
   4. The file may be corrupted and may have to be recreated.
   
   
9. If the printer locks-up from all applications, then re-install the print driver.

I'm thinking he means the UI is blank.

You'll probably need to replace the UI Display Assy.

chk rear machine connector all firmly tight otherwise this parts got problem
