Fuser Error on WC 6605

Hello,

Customer is getting this error on their WC6605. I recently replaced their fuser. I am not familiar with Xerox's unfortunately, and the service manual does not have this code:0000000bh.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Glare blocked out the real error code. It was 010-397. Did fuser initialize in service mode and that seemed to have solved the error message.
