    [Error Code] Fuser error

    Altalink C8055 showing fuser error ,I replaced with a new fuser unit.but fuser error not going,Customer saying that there was some gear slipping sound from back of the machine,They used the machine with that sound and some times jamming in the fuser.Now machine is showing fuser error.If any idea please share it.

      fuser not seated properly do to gear wear?

      is there a reset for fuser in that model or is there a fuse on it.

      was it a rebuilt fuser -= OR =- a new genuine OEM fuser?

      are there any errors in the error log?

      did you remove and reinstall the fuser?

          Yes this is a new genuine OEM fuser ,In log it is showing Fuser Motor Fail
          Chain Link 310-330-00
