i have a xerox wc7835i with fuser system error i have replaced the fuser unit still the error is there the machine counter is 64,364 but when i enter in diagnostic dc 135 CRU/HFSI estimated page remaining for 2nd BTR, Fuser unit,Transfer cleaner,Msi feed roll and Belt assembly is showing 2,147,483,647 they cant be reset but others are at 0 i have tried to upgrade the firmware i have tried to initializing the NVM still nothing is changing what could be the problem
