    Toner Rubs Off xerox 560

I have a problem with a xerox 560, the toner rubs off heavy papers when i print full black or full colored , i change 3 fuser and the problem is the same, i searched over the web and the xerox site also but i don't find solutions. I have a xerox 560 with fiery rip.

sounds like you don't have the paper type set to heavy

No, original toner and the setting paper is right, this problem happens sometimes with difficult cards, but lately i've changed printer (the same model) and it happens too often.

if toner and fuser is OEM and paper setting is correct then its either the paper ( more than likely not) then the fuser isnt warming up enough
for heavy weight all 3 lamps in the fuser should be on

how do i know if the lights are on? But I used two of those fusers on the other machine and they didn't give me any problems, is there a way to increase the melting temperature?

turn the lights off and take the fuser cover off and look
you dont need to increase the temperature running 300 gsm paper and fusing right is normal for the machine
just make sure everything is OEM

Too much toner on the paper, need to run MAXsetup from service mode.

I also think it's too much toner, and fuser can't melt it. There were NVM settings for fuser ghosting, you should try it. I believe that is where you adjust 1st Btr's, so they transfer less toner and it can be fused properly.

Sorry dude, the ghosting procedure does not work, I partially solved the problem with a smaller format and passing the sheets without printing first...

what do you mean by : and passing the sheets without printing first..

do you mean you are putting no toner on the page.. basically feeding blanks?

is there moisture in the paper?

if the paper has moisture in it there can be all SORTS of problems.
