    Xerox 5775 scan to email problem

    Anyone ever seen where the first one or two scans to email work fine then after that they always say there is a server error? We put the password in again and it works 1 or 2 times then same result. Any thoughts?

    make sure dns is correct

    if machine ip address is using dhcp. then dns should be automatically

    if ip is using static. then enter the dns as the same as your gateway address (main router/modem address)

      Correct. They had the wrong dns and insisted it was correct. I found correct and changed it

        Always double check the network settings
