Can anybody help with altalink C8045 sd card image, one of the our customers cannot contact with Xerox.... So he is bagging us for help for a few days.

you need to contact Xerox for a new SD card..you will have to provide ser# along in the request.

I recently upgraded s/w on four of my C8045s, three were successful, one was stuck in the 'upgrading' part. I ended up replacing the sd card ($60 from Xerox), did a usb forced upgrade and it is back up and running. I hope this helps.

If there is a similar device, you can copy the card from it, only you need the same firmware version. Any card with a high SDHC write speed up to 4 Gb will do.
