xerox 700 no black printing k developer not spinning

good day, very weird situation. no black printing and developer unit is not spinning. changed to a next developer unit that I am sure is working, still would not spin, changed the developer drive motor to the back, developer still wont spin. I cleared a little piece of developer off of the silver developer roller to test to see if it is running. i ran 093-019 can hear motor running, but the clear mark is still there to prove the developer hasn't spin. Like i said, I have changed developer and drum and developer drive from back of machine

Change black developer drive clutch on main drive assy.

What developer drive motor have you changed?
There is CMY developer drive and motor. K developer do not have motor only clutch on main drive.

Yup seems like the one in that machine is bad, see photos attached and it spun the data cable out of place also, thanks will orderGOOD-ONE.jpgBAD-ONE.jpg

I guess i was mistaken on parts as this one in the photo is what i had changed with the long shaft that I assumed spins the developerpart.jpg

by chance you checked the gears of the black development unit, many times they wear out and stop making contact with each other
and the magnetic roller does not rotate

yes thanks I did, that developer unit is fairly new, and I replaced it to a next new developer unit. xcopytech seems to be correct with his assessment as the black developer drive clutch is broken. ordered it and waiting on arrival, will updated once changed. thanks for assistance
