[Error Code] Xerox J75 ADF error 065-221

Hi everyone,

I'm getting an ADF error 065-221 on my Xerox J75 only if I scan sheets on both sides (duplex). The first sheet goes through the ADF and then the error is thrown.

Restarting the machine and doing a single sided scan works fine.

Any suggestions?

Hi jtamez,

I had a look for any Eureka Tips and found none. The Edoc suggests replacing the parts in the following order:-

CIS sensor
CIS DC/DC Convert PWB
I/P DUP PWB

The other option is to perform the BUSNote attached to the fault code in the Edoc. Check all the connections for the fault and perform ADJ 6.4 IIT Calibration.
