You need a Xerox PWS laptop with 3535 diagnostics program to make that

It is a limited internal diagnostics but you need to change MCU pwb.
For that action you must use diagnostics software from PWS

You don't just reset a copier machine to factory settings as these were pre-configured to the area of distribution. But if you do, it will reset to JAPANESE factory settings (which you wouldn't like to do anyway - unless you're in Japan )

If you have any specific problem to a particular machine, just deal with the problem. It will make things much easier

Hey euro, get out of there if you do not have a PWS this machine requires it for anything (no UI diagnostics) so no spend your time and money there. Just in case I have PWS with 3535 diags.

Yea- we bailed on this deal as we discovered this issue, had the customer call X direct for this as they bought their own board, but we still do routine maint on it..
