It could be a matter of poor quality or incompatibility with the fuser. Try purchasing brand name, original toner. If the toner is still not adhering properly, break out the product manual. Or reach out to the manufacturer's tech support. You can try out a Munbyn branded thermal label printer for this purpose.

Adjust image transfer for different media toner not stick

So we ran some labels on Saturday.
The client sent us these photos when placing labels on bottle.
The black especially is where the issue is.
Please see photos.
We used 257-300 gsm to run the prints.
It's a Xerox C75

On maintenance find adjust image transfer
Place your media A4 A3 or 11x17 cut it place on manual feed tray 5 select side 1 or 2 Press print then you see printed patch -10to+10 put the value you find good patches your problem will solved
