Versalink B7030 - resources required after fax

B7030 has a bypass tray setup for envelopes and tray 1 setup for 8.5x11 and no other trays.

They say they get a resources required when they try to print an envelope after receiving a fax. I have not seen it happen. Is there a way to have all faxes printed on 8.5x11 regardless of original fax and for the fax not to look at the bypass tray at all. I did not see any settings that would allow me to do that.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check under the admin > system > defaults and polices for when specified paper is unavailable and default paper size, make sure to set to letter and for letter/a4 substitution as opposed to prompt for paper for print and fax
