Xerox wc7556 job processing indefinitely

Hello , hope all is well, I have a xerox wc7556 processing jobs indefinitely, photocopying is very ok and scanning is ok but whenever a print is sent , the printer starts processing indefinitely, I have initialised the NVM , reloaded system firmware but still doing the same fault, I checked all the consumables and they are very ok , and advise will be appreciated.

you have installed the official driver and with a fixed ip address, try to print from a single pc connected directly to the network or usb to rule out that it is a network problem.
