Hello all, what sort of image defect is this in the attached picture? Also, attached is a picture of whole bunch of dry toner that was in the front of the xerographic drawer.

I'm no Xerox guy, but I'd venture to say that's developer, and that you don't have very much left.
It would probably be helpful to know what model Xerox this is. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sorry everybody, forgot to put what what model - Xerox Nuvera 100 EA. During the Xerographic Check in Diagnostics, it is failing at the "BTAC Charge & Developer Checkout" part. All the Charge Corotron tests are passing.
I agree, it looks like the developer has leaked out.Comment
