    xerox phaser 6250 light cyan

i have a 6250 in the field that has very light cyan. the customer recently installed a new imaging unit and cyan toner. i did the internal color calibrations, which helped, but the cyan is still weak. is there a way to force the individual colors to tone up? what other diagnostics can i do? there is no errors, so i think the toner feed is functioning. please help. thanx

Did you ever resolve this issue? If not, in diags you can go to motor and then run the cyan toner moter....it will activate the feeding section from the toner cartridge through the tube-to the dev unit. BE CAREFUL though, doing too much can cause it to pack itself in it and backup and then you would have to replace the auger tube. You can hear it activate, and it does so in spurts....you can either view it (with the back cover off and a flashlight) or just let it go 15 to 20 pulses and retest it.
