Do anyone know why this machine keeps jamming out of tray 2 with this code? 72-104 Thx!

What did you try to fix it?
Did you try to switch paper feed unit between trays?

• Paper Path for a foreign object/burr/piece of paper
• Horizontal Transport Rolls 1 & 2 for dirt/paper particles/wear/a poor rotation
• Pre Regi Roll for dirt/paper particles/wear/a poor rotation
• Drive gears for wear/breakage
• Check for out-of-spec paper

All time or intermitent jam?
Only from tray2 or sometimes jam for others trays? Simplex or duplex? A better description of the defect is needed.

With that error code? Because the pre-reg sensor hasn't turned on within the specified interval following paper feed.

Silly question - have you checked the rollers and feed head?
