We installed a C415 a week ago.The machine every now and then prints out some of the fax pages Blank.Not even a header on it.It has the lastest software .It is an anolog line.Any ideas?

could be that it is printing what would be duplex as single pages? that is if every other page is blank. check whoever sent it to see if they are sending a duplexed fax job? -
