Hello Members!

There`s nothing to see at service manual about the error message?
What does the message mean?
092-312 ATC Sensor fail is exolained in service manual.
Tried to install new toner, but failed
Any suggestions?

K Patch fail. Developer on imaging/drum cartridge is probably starving due to a clogged/blocked dispense tube. Either that or the imaging cartridge is just defective. My money would be on a blocked dispense tube, though. Have seen it dozens of times.

The tube that delivers toner from the dispense mechanism for K possibly has toner compacted in it, restricting the flow of fresh toner/carrier to the developer - which in the case of this model is part of the drum cartridge assembly - thereby decreasing the toner density within the developer (hence the ATC sensor fail) and giving you a low density patch on the ITB (hence the K Patch Fail).

Your initial post implies that you have a service manual available. Follow the ADC Patch System Fail RAP procedure. Pages 2-331 and 2-332 in the PDF.

Please tell me how to disassembly dispensing tube for black toner and how to check toner transporting. It`s neccessary to remove scanner?
