    7845 gear noise like gear not engage ,after print heavy stock from by pass tray

    print from bypass tray , 80lb cover 15 sheets ,out from center
    every time warm up ,now
    start up warm up gear noise very loud ,like gear not engage
    from transfer belt end screw or fused side ,don.t know
    any idea or comment are welcome

      try the following :
      1. take out the bypass, check the gear on the left hand side for sign of crack.

      2. if you suspect fuser, try replacing it. or inspect the bearing of the pressure roller.

      3. record the noise / make a video of the noise


      any other sign like, toner status "please replace" eventhough you already replace the toner

        thank your advice , today i already print overnight , then this noise happen ,just an hour ago , i try to took out transfer belt ,and check out the clean blade ,the gear stuck ,that is the problem,
