[Error Code] XEROX 550 ERROR 061-319

    Hello friends
I have an eureur code 061-319 on a xerox 550
the Geslock (documentation service) indicates the replacement of the ROS(C,K) and the MCU PWB card
these 2 elements were replaced without obtaining a result.
Note: The code is not displayed when the drum black or cyan is removed.
    I really need your help.

As on now you have just replaced the ROS cables and MCU , before that you should primarily check the drum units with other machine and also check the interlock operation if necessary change the interlock switch or/if not available open the interlock switch and clean the points of interlock with petrol .

        Had this Problem:

Something you would not of thought of:

Intermittently the machine would fault out with 61-319. The rap was followed. The magenta and black drums were replaced then the machine started to work. The problem returned then the ROS and the Flat ribbon cables was replaced, also reseated the connection at the MCU pwb.

        Cause:

        Defective IIT PWB
Replace the IIT PWB PL 13. 8 item 5

And second time I had the same problem 061-319

Inizialize IOT NVM and this solved it......

        ?
