Workcentre 6605 - fuser unit service reset procedure?

Hi everyone, some time ago I created a thread on how to clean the mirrors of the CCD?
thank at this, at the same time i as replacing the ITB unit, and I managed to dismantle everything, clean it, and reassemble it, except that we didn't understand each other well with the customer, and in the meantime the piece was delivered the machine went into lockdown due to the pcdus being exhausted, and he was already pissed off
we ordered the pcdu kits, I went to replace them, but that during the initial calibration the machine cycled for some time, and we finished destroying the sleeve (already almost to be thrown away)
now we have ordered the complete fuser, only I don't want to replace it, and after a week the machine stops with the "fuser exhausted" error given that the message it hasn't appeared yet, I have the service manual, I'm just not sure I understood correctly (I've only been doing Ricoh for 35 years) and I don't know xerox well, if someone could kindly explain to me the procedure for resetting the fuser unit counter I would be very grateful to the fuser unit, I wouldn't want the customer to get even more angry if a week after the replacement the message appears and the machine stops.
