I couldn't find it either, but how do you set a specific tray, to be for incoming faxes only.

I'm not sure for that model.
but in the older model

1. Go into CE mode first (IIRC, press home button 10 seconds, then enter password 6789)
2. then press tools / press log in/logout
3. choose fax service settings
4. find fax control
5. find receiving paper sizes>tray mode

I'll have the tech check and see if that works. LOL, we called Xerox, THEY weren't sure how to do it either.
