Need a little help - 5028 fuser web assembly

I'm a newbie to the forum, so I apologize if this has been covered before and my searches didn't find it.

I've got a 5028 with just over 100,000 copies on it. I'm getting a flashing L4 code which, as I understand it, means I will need to replace the fuser web in less than 1,000 copies.

I purchased a copy of the service manual from an online source and it shows a part number of 600K29650 for the entire web assembly kit (which I prefer to buy because it's so easy to replace). It also shows 600K29640 for the actual web material kit (which appears to be just the roll of consumable material - which means I'd have to spend more time disassembling the original to replace the web material).

In searching for supplies, I'm coming up blank. I have a feeling these part numbers have been replaced by newer part numbers. My manual appears to be dated Jan 95.

First question: Does anyone have the correct part number for the web assembly kit and/or web material kit and maybe a link to a supplier with reasonable prices?

Second question: According to the tag configuration sticker on my copier, tags 8 (replaceable fuser web), 31 (web wrinkle elimination kit) and 37 (low iron/barrel heat roll) are blacked out. The 10.2 web count reset instructions list 5 initial values to use when resetting the NVM web count (w/o tag 8, w/tag 8, w/tag 31, w/tag 37 and finally 5328). Apparently I have all three tags (8, 31 and 37) so what would I use as the initial value?

Final question (I hope): To perform the 10.2 web count reset, I need to enter the diagnostic mode. To enter diagnostic mode, I need to press the "0" key while turning on the copier. When I do that, I see the L4 code followed by an "r9". There's also a "60" in the enlarge/reduce window. What do the "r9" and the "60" mean?

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Searching Google for hours was what brought me to Copytechnet in the first place. All that searching only confused the issue because I came up with several different part numbers for the same part for my 5028. I think if you reread my request, I think you'll see I'm asking for the correct (or current) part number for my machine. You'll also see I've got an older copy of the service manual which provides a few different options for the reset procedure - one of which you provided me with.

Thanks for your help, but it appears I still haven't made any progress in my quest for the correct part number.

I want to thank everyone who took the time to respond to my request for assistance. I received the new Web Material Kit today, easily installed it and then reset the counter. It really couldn't have been much easier to do.

In case anyone else ever needs the information, the correct part number (60 Hz/US version) for the entire Web Assembly Kit is 600K57131 and the Web Material Kit (which is just the roll of consumable material) is 600K47141.

            Thanks again.
