117-325 = Contract Manager RTC Hardware Fail = problem on ESS NVM pwb. Check battery voltage , reseat pwb or change the pwb.

Battery it's ok , how to reset pwb ?
i did nvm initialization but not helping me

Not reset but reseat mean disconnect and reconnect the electrical connector. You can try to remove battery then resold it again but I think you need to replace the pwb.

Replace ess nvm pwb.
Battery was removed from ess nvm pwb so now you have 117-325 and wrong date.

Is there any thing i can try before replace ess nvm Because it's not easy to find it in my place

Can't seem to find a 117-325 listing for J75.

If you removed battery from ess nvm pwb, then only solution is to replace ess nvm pwb, same ess nvm pwb is also for c550/560/570 and for d95/110/125/136
