    C8130 - I believe I need special boot

    I have tried to flash firmware on this copier, and it did not work. I let it run for over 1 hour and 15 minutes but just seemed hung. I restarted and it just hangs at the blue screen. I was not able to do a Forced Altboot. I was hoping to do a Special Altboot, but cannot get into GSN. Is there another way around this issue.

    I never seem to go into GSN anymore, I do not have GSN lock and the person that use to take care of the GSN password has been out of work for roughly 6 months. I am not sure if I am locked out now. Xerox tech support has tried to share it on Sharepoint, but I have not been able to access it.

    Do you know what software version was on machine?

      It was definitely 105, and I am thinking it was 105.009.009.34422.
