Provided there is no hardware problem with the motherboard, processor, memory, etc, reloading the software should fix your problem. That fixes ANY problem that isn't hardware related.

If you don't have the discs to reinstall it, you will have to acquire them. They are not freely downloadable from wither Xerox or EFI.
