Reload systeem software. You can do this yourself with a USB stick:
Format USB stick (4 or 8 GB works best in my experience)
Make an empty directory called dwld on the USB stick
Download the firmware here: https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/...content/125995
Put the Xerox_550_560_570_v55.40.61.bin file inside the dwld directory.
Turn off the Color 560 with the power key behind the front door
Put USB stick in USB port on front
Hold the energy saver key while switching the machine on using only the power key behind the front door
Keep energy saver button pressed until display shows 'Download mode'
Transferring should start, and machine will reboot when done.Comment
