Xerox VersaLink C8000W error 043-356

Does anyone know what the procedure is for troubleshooting the 043-356 fault on a Xerox VersaLink C8000? I only am able to find a 'IHPs Intake Fan Failure' as general description online, but as I do not have the service manual for this little beast, that leaves me pretty clueless.

Assumption is the mother of all.... Opened the machine up, and appeared 2 cables where not connected on the motor drive PWB.
