04-567-00 Output Tray Error

I've noticed there aren't many mentions of this particular code anywhere online, but from what I understand it's unable to offset different jobs in the output tray. Leading to all sorts of issues when I attempt to print, including just printing in black and white? All of the drums have been replaced, I'm considering replacing the Second Bias Transfer Roller or Transfer Belt. Does anyone happen to have any information on this that may be helpful? Thank you!

I think you already answered your own question there. Open up the machine at the left hand side , remove the fuser and output mechanism and check what the problem is. Often it's a broken gear.
