Hello,
need help to configure different working user with different rights at the printer. When all user are configured, printer will not allow access "invalid User". Either the users are known by OS. Maybe alternate working with ID card possible?

What kind of access do you refer to here? Printing from the computer using accounting? Or logging in at the front panel?

Printing for users from computer with different rights, e.g. total printing limited.

You can update firmware to the newest from xerox.com and tested. Maybe you have not configured properly something. If you configure only one user what effect you have?

If you configure users and use accounting, then from the computer you must authenticate from the print dialogue. For example, this is what it looks like from Mac OS X.
